You can now view, book or cancel GP appointments and request repeat prescriptions online through Emis Access 24 hours a day. This is especially useful when the Practice is closed.
Before you can use this service you need to register in person with the Receptionist at the Surgery, where you may be required to provide photographic proof of you identity. (E.g. passport or photo card driving licence). Children under 17 can be registered by their parents/legal guardian, however, each child needs separate registration details. Young people aged 17 and over are required to register in person.
You will be issued with an Emis access registration letter, which contains your personal PIN, Practice ID number, Access ID number and NHS number. You will need to enter all of the above information to create your account. You will also be asked to create your own password.
When you book an appointment online you will receive confirmation immediately. There is no need for you to reconfirm by email or telephone- please just arrive promptly on the day.
Appointments will not show on the website until they are released by our Administrator. If you cannot find a suitable appointment, please ring Reception during Surgery hours.
