Prescription Queries:
If you have any medication queries, please contact us via the following methods:
Nominating a Pharmacy
You can nominate a pharmacy of your choice to have your prescriptions sent to electronically from the surgery. Please speak to dispensary if you wish to arrange this. Allow time for the update to take place before collecting your medication.
You can always change or cancel your nominated pharmacy at any time by speaking to dispensary who will action your request. Allow time for this process to take place to avoid your next prescription being sent to the wrong place.
