In any serious emergency (e.g. severe chest pain, unconsciousness, etc.), please phone 999 in the first instance to ensure that appropriate support is on its way.
If there are no available appointments and you feel that you have a medical emergency that needs to be seen by the GP on the same day, you must be prepared to give details of your symptoms to the Receptionist which will then be forwarded to the GP to enable them to make a decision regarding an appointment.
Please note all decisions are made by the GP on duty.
